Building your team's AI habits.
Tinker Time is a personal AI coach that runs inside the AI tool you already use. It meets you where you are, from your first prompt to a fleet of agents, and builds one good habit at a time.
AI Kickstart covers levels 0 to 2 and is free. Tinker Time is the full coach, levels 0 to 5.

Four stages. Three gates.
Once your foundations are in place, Tinker Time works like a forge. Each person takes one thing they know how to do and shapes it into a tool, one gate at a time, and each gate clears only on evidence. When every person forges their own, the company walks away with a toolkit anyone can reach for.
Stage 1 of 4 · Human does the work, AI assists
Codify
One expert turns know-how into a skill.
Pick one task you repeat every week. Your coach helps you turn it into a skill that does it on demand.
Gate 1To move on to Share
Works for someone else.
Stage 2 of 4 · Human does the work, AI assists
Share
Teams run the skill and harden it.
A colleague runs your skill on their own work. You add quality checks and fix what breaks.
Gate 2To move on to Delegate
Stable, measured output.
Stage 3 of 4 · Human in the loop
Delegate
An agent runs the skill; humans review.
The skill runs on a schedule or a trigger. You review every output before anything ships.
Gate 3To move on to Scale
Trust earned in production.
Stage 4 of 4 · On the loop, then out
Scale
Agents run the whole process end to end.
Agents hand work to each other. You supervise with sampling, alerts and metrics.
Built around your job.
Your coach starts by learning your role and the work you most want AI to keep track of. Every module, in AI Kickstart and in Tinker Time, is built on that work, so you leave with workflows for your job, not a generic demo. Nothing happens without your OK.

See every person's progress. Never their work.
Roll Tinker Time out across a company and every member gets their own coach. Cohorts group people by team, and leaders, HR and L&D see one view of each person's level, habits and the skills they've shared, so you know where to help next.
- Every member, trackedEach person's level, active habits and progress toward their next gate, updated as they work.
- Cohorts by teamCompare sales with finance, or one office with another, and see which teams are ready to share skills.
- Counts, never contentThe view counts each person's skills, plugins and projects: how many they have, never what's in them. Nobody's prompts, files, emails or outputs leave their AI tool.

Built to be safe for any organization.
Tinker Time runs inside an AI tool you already have. It adds no software and no new data processor for your work.
No software to install
Your copy is plain-text instructions for your AI: no code, no executables.
Your work never leaves your AI tool
We never see your prompts, files, emails or outputs. Your progress record counts your skills, plugins and projects, never what's in them.
Nothing happens without your OK
Read-only by default. Your coach shows exactly what it will create, schedule or share and waits for a yes.
Responsible AI is the curriculum
Checking answers, keeping confidential data out, reviewing before anything ships, least access, and an accountable owner for every agent.
Where are you, honestly?
Three quick questions place you on the 0 to 5 AI maturity scale. That's where your coach starts, with one next habit to build. Levels 0 to 2 are the free AI Kickstart.
How often do you use an AI chat tool like Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini?
Rather see all six levels?
If you're between two, take the lower one. Your coach checks what's actually in your AI tool and places you on evidence, so nobody starts too high.
Already past level 5, with fleets of agents running on a loop?

What is Tinker Time?
A personal AI coach that runs inside the AI tool you already use. It places you on a 0 to 5 AI maturity scale and builds one good AI habit at a time: from your first useful prompt, to your first custom skill, to agents that run whole processes while you supervise.
What's the difference between AI Kickstart and Tinker Time?
AI Kickstart is the free start: levels 0 to 2, from your first real conversations to your first custom skill. Tinker Time is the full coach, levels 0 to 5, and takes you on to skills your team runs, agents you can trust and a fleet you supervise. Start with AI Kickstart and move up when you're ready.
Which AI tools does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini, plus most other AI chat tools. Where your plan supports skills you install it as a skill; everywhere else it runs from one file you attach to a project, Gem or chat.
Is it safe to use at work?
Yes. It installs no software and adds no new data processor for your work. We never see your prompts, files or outputs, and progress tracking holds counts, never content. Follow your company's AI policy and use the AI tool it approves.
Can my whole team or company use it?
Yes. Every person gets their own personalized copy, cohorts group people by team or program, and leaders, HR and L&D see a company view of habits, quality and progress, built from counts only.
