Ongoing Support Issues: Email support first. Check for all needed libraries if downloading Linux OR for OpenGL support if running Windows. 99% of the problems are fixed that way or by changing the game settings options.

If your account sign up date is more than 2 years ago, you will need to renew. Just sign in and choose "Renewal Option". If your signup is less than 2 years old, just email Support with your username and order
